Evidence the other one did not get sold to the gypsies
Are there any gypsies reading this blog? If so, I hope you're not offended by my gypsy stereotypes. You guys have probably gotten out of the baby trade by now anyway, having found more lucrative work elsewhere and are getting tired of hearing it. Or maybe not. Well just in case there's ANY doubt, I'M KIDDING. Don't want to end up on the Child Protective Services watch list for making jokes about selling my baby on National Blogcast. We'd like to keep her around. [But Clementine: if you're reading this in twenty years, it's time to get your own place darling.] And if you have no idea why I'm even talking about gypsies, I made a reference in this post.
I personally love pictures of my babies when they look unhappy. I have so many pictures of them smiling and laughing that it's rather refreshing to see the full range of expressions. These are the pictures that will help me remember ALL of the dimensions to Clementine, not just the giggles and smiles. Even though she's not wearing any Rae-made creations here, she is sporting an adorable homemade sweater (from Aunt Elli) and her Baby Legs (from my friend Steph), both of which get lots of compliments every time we go out.
And just for old time's sake, a picture of me and Elliot wearing that very same sweater a couple years ago on Elliott Ave in Seattle (taken by my seester Elli). So cute! I need to go dig up that hat for Clementine.
That's all for now...I'll answer your Spring Top Week questions soon. Keep Sewing!
