Luna ReLaunch!
I’m so happy to announce we’re re-launching our popular Luna Pants Sewing Pattern today! Among the updates to this pattern are a new size range and — coming very soon — Luna in print.
Luna Pants are loose-fitting pants with a tapered leg with elasticized cuffs. It’s a quick sew, and the pants include inseam pockets and are comprised of four main pieces, with facings attached inside the pants to form the waistband. I’ve made this pattern in variety of prints and fabrics for both casual and dressier occasions.
Luna was the last pattern to launch in our original range, before we began working on updating our size range to include more sizes (see my size range post here for more info). I’ve had it on my to-do list for a long time to both update the size range and subsequently offer it in print.
Luna has a new and improved size range and now includes eleven sizes: XXS-XL & plus sizes 1-5. In addition to new sizes and pattern piece updates, we’ve also updated the charts and instructions to our new format. You can see the new yardage and size charts on the Luna Page.
The digital pattern includes instructions, print-at-home files, and copyshop files in both A0 and US formats.
If you have previously purchased the Luna PDF, you should already have received an email with a link to download the updated version at no cost (if you did not receive that email, get it reset here).
I’m also excited about the NEW print design for Luna – we gave our print packaging a new look for the occasion:
Luna comes in a beautiful redesigned card stock envelope (no more plastic bag!) and includes a stapled instruction booklet and the same high quality full-sized paper pattern sheets we’ve been using since 2013 (no tissue!).
